On-Demand viewing directly through the Icarus Films website is currently in Beta testing. This feature allows you to purchase a 72-hour rental directly from us and then stream your selection right on the Icarus Films website.
Only select films are available and availability is subject to change. On-Demand viewing is for individual-use only. You must be registered and logged in to use this feature.
DVDs and/or Blu-rays for individual-use or institutional-use may be purchased online by credit card.
PAYMENT: We accept Visa and MasterCard only for credit card payments.
SHIPPING: A shipping and handling fee is added to all sales. Orders usually ship within three business days. Expedited shipping is available.
REFUNDS: If a DVD that you purchase from us is defective, we will either replace it with another copy or issue you a full refund, whichever you prefer. International orders are non-refundable.
Individual-use orders are for private, home-use only. This means you have purchased a home video DVD solely for your own personal viewing. Any copying, reproduction, or Public Performance using a home video DVD is a violation of Copyright Law and is prohibited.
Institutional-use orders are for colleges, universities, government agencies, hospitals, and corporations to use within their organization. These DVDs are "leased for the life of the media," and include Public Performance Rights.
PURCHASE ORDERS: We can accept purchase orders for institutional-use DVDs. Official institutions may submit an online order and refer to a purchase order number when checking out. Alternatively, purchase orders can also be emailed to our orders team or mailed to our office. Payments toward purchase orders must be made within 30 days.
PUBLIC PERFORMANCE RIGHTS: Institutional-use DVDs purchased from Icarus Films here at www.IcarusFilms.com are licensed with Public Performance Rights for on-campus, non-commercial, and educational exhibitions when no admission fee is charged. If you are unsure whether your screening is considered a public performance, please reach out so we can advise you.
DIGITAL STREAMING LICENSES: Most titles may be licensed by educational institutions for digital streaming to their students, faculty, and staff. We want to work with you to make it happen. Please reach out for rates and conditions for your specific situation.
OTHER TYPES OF INSTITUTIONS: If your organization is not a college, university, government agency, hospital, or corporation, please reach out so we can assist you directly.
All titles are available in the United States, and most titles are available in Canada. You must inquire about the specific rights for other countries. Please send all international requests via email and specify your requested territory.
